The
Edwin K Bed and Breakfast was built in 1914 and is nestled on the
rugged coastline in Old Town Florence, Oregon. Mary & Laurie
VandeStreek used the SBA 504 loan program to assist them in the
purchase of this existing B&B.
With the expert assistance
from Dan Betschart, Loan Officer, and the rest of the lending team
from CWFSI`s Eugene office, the VandeStreeks were able to secure 504
funds in the amount of $323,000. Oregon Pacific Banking Company is
the participating lender.
