Dr. John
H. Hunts specializes in oculofacial and cosmetic surgery and is the
only physician performing this type of surgery in Oregon outside the
Portland area.
The purpose of the SBA 504 was to provide
financing for the new medical center in Eugene. Pacific Continental
Bank is the participating lender for this project. The total project
cost was $3,300,000. The SBA portion of the project was $1,000,000
and was packaged by Dan Betschart, Loan Officer, in our Eugene
office.
